Milkman Milk Vanilla Pound Cake


  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Milkman Milk (reconstituted)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; add to the creamed mixture alternately with Milkman Milk.
  5. Stir in vanilla.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  8. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
