Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup Milkman Milk (reconstituted)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition.
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; add to the creamed mixture alternately with Milkman Milk.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
