Ingredients:
- For Dough:
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 package instant yeast
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup Milkman Milk (reconstituted)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 large egg
- For Filling:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- For Icing:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tbsp Milkman Milk (reconstituted)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Heat water, Milkman Milk, and butter until warm (but not hot). Add to flour mixture with egg.
- Knead dough until it's smooth, then let rise until doubled.
- Roll out dough, spread with butter, and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll up dough and cut into rolls. Place in a baking dish and let rise again.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- For icing, mix powdered sugar, Milkman Milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls.
