Milkman Milk Chocolate Brownies


  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup Milkman Milk (reconstituted)


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add Milkman Milk and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
