Milkman Blueberry Peanut Butter Protein Pancake Recipe:
- 1 pack of Milkman milk (Reconstituted)
- 1 quart of water
(Mix and place in fridge overnight)
- 2/3 cup flour
- 2/3 cup unflavored or vanilla protein
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries or a mixed berry medley (raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries)
- 1 tbsp Butter (for cooking)
Toppings
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup cool whip
- 1/2 cup extra berries of choice
(makes 5 large pancakes)
Instructions:
1. Mix Milkman packet and water well and place in the fridge overnight for creamy milk.
2. Whisk flour, protein, powdered peanut butter and baking powder.
3. Add in eggs, honey, and vanilla extract and mix well.
4. Fold in berries of choice.
5. Heat up a frying pan with butter.
6. Scoop about 1/2 cup of batter in the hot pan. Cook until bubbles start to form in the center of the pancake. Flip your pancake to cook the other side and repeat until all the batter is gone.
7. Plate your pancakes with peanut butter in between them and top with whip cream, more peanut butter, and berries.
