-
¼ cup Milkman powdered milk
-
3 tbsp Milkman milk (prepared)
-
½ cup cream cheese, softened
-

Instructions
-
Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the warm milk, melted butter, stevia brown sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5–10 minutes until slightly foamy.
-
Add eggs:Mix in the eggs until fully combined.
-
Make the dough: Add the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
-
Rise: Cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
-
Knead, roll & fill: Knead dough for about 5 minutes. Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter, then sprinkle stevia brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.
-
Roll & cut: Roll tightly into a log and slice into rolls. Use floss or string (works best).
-
Place in a greased baking dish.
-
Add milk trick: Before baking, pour about 1 tbsp milk over each roll (this keeps them extra soft and gooey).
-
Bake: Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes until golden.
-
Make frosting: Mix stevia powdered sugar, Milkman powdered milk, cream cheese, 3 tbsp milk, and vanilla until smooth.
-
Finish: Spread frosting over warm rolls and enjoy.
