Whipped Honey Lattes
Ingredients:
1 packet of Milkman powdered milk
1 quart water
1 cup honey (you will have left over whipped honey for future lattes:)
1 Tbsp Matcha powder
2 Tbsp instant coffee (1 tbsp for honey / 1 tbsp for latte)
Handful of ice
Instructions:
1. Mix the Milk: Mix (shake) Milkman packet and water well and place in the fridge overnight for creamy milk.
2. Whip the honey: Whip 1 cup of honey with a hand held or stand mixer in a bowl until fluffy. Divide the whipped honey into two bowls — one for matcha, one for coffee.
Matcha Latte
Froth Milkman milk and 1 tablespoon matcha powder together. Drizzle the plain whipped honey along the inside of the glass to create a swirl. Add a handful of ice to the glass. Pour the frothed matcha milk over the ice.
Coffee Latte
Add 1 tablespoon instant coffee to the second bowl of whipped honey and mix well. Drizzle the whipped coffee honey along the inside of a glass. Froth 1 tablespoon instant coffee with Milkman milk and pour over ice in the glass.
